If it can show ticket Summary will be better
I can click on the summary, what I want is to be able to see which server it is, since that will tell me how fast I need to act.
I mean my printer server is not going to be as big of a deal than say my AD DS server, perhaps.
But anything would be better than "Central Server" :)
